New Community Career & Technical Institute has partnerships with a host of employers from various sectors. NCCTI has six active employer advisory committees that meet at least two times per year. Advisory committee members review program curriculums, provide internship opportunities and work-based learning opportunities, hire program graduates and ensure program content is relevant to industry standards.
NCCTI achieved a 75% program completion rate and a 72% job placement rate in 2019. Our students graduate with the skills and competencies to seamlessly transition into the workforce. NCCTI ensures program graduates have the required credentials and necessary employability skills to be productive employees.
