The Culinary Arts Specialist Program is designed to provide a quality education for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the service industry. Students are trained in the areas of food preparation, workplace skills, customer service, nutrition, entrepreneurship and safe and efficient work practices.

Instructors are familiar with industry trends, possess the required educational attainments and are very knowledgeable about the culinary industry.

Program Requirements:

  • All students must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received one booster shot.
  • All students will get tested for COVID-19 weekly.
  • All students must have a negative TB test.
  • All students must be at least 18 years of age on or before the first day of class.
  • All students must have a high school diploma or equivalent. (Prospective students without a high school diploma can call us at 973-824-6484 for information about how to obtain one.)
  • All students must have a valid state ID.
